No, we do not have a rental minimum.

We offer flexibile rental periods to suit the needs of our customers. Most orders can be delivered the day before your event and picked up the following day when our delivery schedule and venue availability allows.

Due to the vintage nature of most of our items, we do require certain items to be delivered by our team only. We will often allow pick up of chairs or small tables only in an enclosed vehicle.

If something is damaged or is broken following your rental, we will assess the damage and obtain a quote from repair. The client will be responsible for this cost. Damages include, but are not limited to: candle wax, spills, water damage, chips, cracks, and tears.

Weather can be very unpredictable. A backup rain plan must be established prior to the date of the event for all rental items. Unfortunately, our items are not allowed in bad weather as significant damage could occur. Clients will be responsible for getting rentals into a covered area in the event of bad weather.

Yes! We actually prefer to deliver your rental items. We are used to transporting vintage furniture and know how to handle them during setup. Plus, that is one less thing for you to worry about! All services are broken down in your rental agreement for transparency.

Yes! We typically deliver within a 50 km radius of Winnipeg, but can certainly deliver to further destinations. Please reach out to discuss.

We offer flat-rate delivery within a 50 km radius of Winnipeg for a simple and transparent experience.Delivery: $150Pickup: $150Delivery includes transporting your rental items to your venue and set up, while pickup includes collecting them following your event. Please note: Pickups scheduled after 11:00 p.m. are subject to an additional late-night pickup fee. If your event requires a late pickup, we'll provide the applicable fee when preparing your quote.If your venue is located outside our standard delivery area, we're happy to provide a custom delivery quote based on your location.*Please note that delivery, pickup f& late night fees are in addition to your rental costs.

We know plans change and things happen. You can cancel your order at any point but our 50% retainer is non-refundable & your entire balance is non-refundable 14 days out from your event date.
